You did see the word MAY in the title didn't you?
Any do realize that corporations publish these hypotheticals that may or may not actually happen to basically CYA.
And if you believe that MAY is absolutely going to happen then you should see some of the doozies in AMD's 10Q
Quote:
Intel Corporation’s dominance of the microprocessor market and its aggressive business practices may limit our ability to compete effectively.
Delays in developing, qualifying or shipping new products can also cause us to miss our customers’ product design windows.
We rely on third parties to manufacture our products, and if they are unable to do so on a timely basis in sufficient quantities and using competitive technologies, our business could be materially adversely affected.
We rely on GF to manufacture most of our products. If GF is not able to satisfy our manufacturing requirements, our business could be adversely impacted.
Failure to achieve expected manufacturing yields for our products could negatively impact our financial results.
Global economic uncertainty may adversely impact our business and operating results.
And on and on with the "could be's and the may's"

See basic CYA statements: maybe it will maybe it won't happen.
Same with the Microsoft Tablet story on Tom's. It may or may not happen.
