Tylt makes a reversible USB-B cable

CES 2015: No more wrong ways, both work right

Tylt logoTylt was showing SemiAccurate something really useful at CES, a directionless USB cable. No this is not a USB-C cable, just a plain old USB-B one that you can plug-in either way.

Tylt Syncable USB cable

Simple enough to explain, hard to do right

As you can see the cable, called Syncable like all of their cables, is just a USB-B port with a really thin PCB. There are traces on both sides of the connector so if you plug it in the ‘wrong’ way, it just works. Rather than coming up with a whole new cable type, Tylt just made the old one work right.
