AMD’s A75 and A70M FCH gains USB-IF approval

We don’t have a lot of details at hand, nor has AMD (AMD) or the USB-IF issued a press release on the matter, but according to the USB-IF product database, AMD has gained USB-IF certification for both of its upcoming high-end Llano chipsets with integrated USB 3.0 support.

Intel’s Sandy Bridge Celerons video features fused off

Lower cost means fewer features

In as much as we appreciate that Intel (INTC) is selling a range of CPUs and some of them have had certain functions fused off in the manufacturing process to create a range of models, something that has been done for years, we’re none too impressed by Intel’s latest move.
